No charge for shipping and handling. Air Express included, if necessary.

First month rental is free of charge on any TENS unit. All rental paid to CPR will be applied to the purchase price of any electromedical unit.

Each unit has a maximum cap on rental to be paid. Ask our representative for details.

After receiving our unit, should the claimant require a new fitting, CPR will authorize at our expense, a consultation or fitting with their therapist or physician.

For the life of each claim, any unit supplied by CPR that fails to function properly during the normal use, will be repaired or replaced at no charge.

Unit banking and recycling is provided at no charge. Electromedical units purchased from CPR, or any supplier, may be returned to CPR when no longer needed by the claimant, for refurbishing. The unit is then held for redistribution to your next claimant. There is no charge for this service, unless the unit is severely damaged, due to abuse. CPR will not repair a severely damaged unit without proper authorization.

Utilization review of all claimant activity is standard. Monthly written and/or phone contact with each claimant is established to monitor Electrotherapy success and supply usage. CPR's personnel are trained to courteously answer all questions your claimant may have.

CPR will provide monthly cost savings reports, recapping claimant billing activity, as well as savings achieved through our service.
